Do I need to verify my email before applying?
Yes. Email verification helps protect employers and ensures application confirmations reach you. Use the Verify email page after sign-up.
How do I search for jobs?
Browse all roles on the Jobs page, filter by discipline or location, or use Search for keyword results across jobs, employers, and blog posts.
Can I apply without uploading a resume?
Requirements vary by employer. Many listings accept an application through your ANN profile; upload a resume when the job form asks for one.
How does the nurse community work?
Verified nurses can access messaging and groups after completing profile requirements. Visit Community after sign-in for your hub.

For healthcare employers

How do healthcare employers post jobs?
Register as an employer, set up your company profile, and use the employer dashboard to submit and manage job listings.
When will my company profile appear publicly?
Public company pages appear after your profile is approved according to our review process. You can still manage listings from the dashboard while pending.
How do I contact applicants?
Review applicants from your job dashboard. Messaging and notifications depend on your subscription tier and listing status.
Where can I update billing or packages?
Signed-in employers manage packages and billing from the dashboard. Contact us if you need help choosing a plan.
