Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments.
Operate and monitor life-support equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 2 years of ICU or Critical Care experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
BSN preferred (ASN accepted with relevant experience).
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
