Nurse Core is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality nursing support and patient care.

The ideal candidate will work closely with patients and the healthcare team to provide safe, respectful, and personalized care while following established care plans and clinical guidelines.

* Provide nursing care according to established care plans

* Monitor and record patients' vital signs

* Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice

* Assist patients with their healthcare needs

* Observe and report changes in patient condition

* Assist with nursing procedures as required

* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

* Communicate with RNs, physicians, patients, and families as appropriate

* Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and privacy

* Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

* Current and valid LPN license

* Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Compassionate and patient-centered approach

* Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

* Reliable and professional

* Must meet required background screening and employment requirements
