St. David’s HealthCare is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent nursing care and support positive patient outcomes.

* Assess patients' health conditions and nursing needs

* Develop and implement individualized care plans

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

* Monitor vital signs and changes in patient condition

* Provide direct patient care and clinical support

* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

* Communicate patient updates with physicians and the healthcare team

* Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery

* Assist with medical procedures as required

* Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and privacy

* Follow clinical, safety, and infection-control standards

Requirements:

* Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

* Previous hospital or clinical nursing experience preferred

* Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

* Reliable and professional
