Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with Registered Nurses and physicians to support patient treatment, monitor health conditions, and ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist physicians and Registered Nurses during patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.

• Support daily patient care, including hygiene and mobility.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital experience preferred.

• Current BLS certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
